At True Believer, every piece is made especially for you when your order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes, or ordering the wrong item.

Something not right with your order?

We’re here to help. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

If your request is approved, we’ll provide a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for normal wear and tear, incorrect sizing, or items damaged after delivery.
